All Book a Shoot pricing is custom and quoted after inquiry. Final cost depends on shoot type, location, length, deliverables, travel, and licensing needs. Every custom shoot gets a written quote and contract before the shoot happens so there are no surprises.

Brief FAQ

  • By default, no. Sponsor and commercial use requires a Commercial Use License add-on — $150 per image or $300 for the full gallery (1-year non-exclusive license).

  • Yes, with a travel fee. Most of South-Central Alaska is doable. Further out (Fairbanks, Glennallen, Homer, off-road remote) gets quoted case by case.

  • For weekends in peak race season (May-August), 2-4 weeks is ideal. Off-season custom shoots are usually more flexible. Quick-turn projects sometimes work, so we encourage you to ask anyway!

  • Light rain or overcast doesn’t stop a shoot, Alaska weather is part of the look. Severe weather triggers standard cancellation terms (full reschedule or refund, whichever you choose)
