You can book through the website by clicking any “Book A Shoot” or “Pre-Book” button, which will take you to our online booking form. Once you submit your inquiry, we’ll review and contact you back in 48 hours to schedule.
Deposits vary by service. Mini Sessions require a $50 deposit. Local Race Pre-Book is $50. State Championship Pre-Book is $100. Custom services have deposits set per project. All deposits are due at booking to reserve your spot.
We accept credit card and ACH payments through secure online invoicing. Fine art print orders are processed through our online store. Your remaining balance is due at gallery delivery. We also accept Venmo.

Pre-booked riders get guaranteed, priority coverage during their motos and priority delivery of their gallery. Post-Race Digital Downloads is for riders who didn’t pre-book, we photograph the race and upload watermarked galleries afterward. You can browse for free and purchase individual images or packages of 5 or 10. Coverage is not guaranteed for non-pre-booked riders.
Pre-book closes 24 hours before the event. Limited slots are available per race, so sign up early to secure your spot.
Image count varies based on race conditions, lighting, rider visibility, and how many motos you run. We can’t guarantee a specific number, but pre-booked riders receive priority attention and typically get a full gallery of action shots from their motos.

If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice before your session or event, your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
If a rider is unable to finish a race day(s) due to injury or a mechanical issue: if we captured enough images to deliver a full gallery, your gallery is delivered and no refund applies. If we weren’t able to capture enough for a gallery, a refund is issued.
If we need to cancel due to weather, safety, illness, or other circumstances, you’ll be offered a full reschedule or a full refund including the deposit. We’ll never leave you without options.

Yes! All delivered images come with a personal use license. You can post to your personal social media, print for personal display, and share with friends and family. We just ask that you tag @evernorthmedia.ak when posting (required). Tagging @akmotolocals is optional and appreciated.
We ask that you don’t alter, re-edit, or apply filters to delivered images. Minor adjustments for social media (brightness, cropping to fit platform dimensions) are fine. Our professional editing style is part of the EverNorth Media brand, and we want your photos to look their best.

Not without a Commercial Use License. The standard personal use license covers personal social media and personal use only. If you or your sponsor need to use images for business advertising, brand content, promotional materials, or any commercial purpose, a Commercial Use License is available as an add-on: $150 per image or $300 for the full gallery (1-year license).

Absolutely! We love photographing young riders. If any participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the contract and all release forms on their behalf. The parent/guardian is responsible for the minor’s safety during the session or event.

Alaska weather is unpredictable we get it. We’ll shoot in light rain or overcast conditions (sometimes that makes the best photos). If severe weather makes the session unsafe or impractical, we’ll reschedule at no charge or issue a full refund.

A free opt-in list where you send us your social handles so we can tag you when we share your shot on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook. Not a guarantee of coverage just a way for us to credit you properly.
No. Get Tagged is completely free.
A parent or guardian fills out the Minor Form on your behalf. The form covers the model release for marketing use.
